Google Tech giant to train 1m people in Africa on digital skill Mrs Juliet Ehimuan-Chiazor, the Country Manager, Google Nigeria, made this announcement during a media briefing in Lagos.   Google on Tuesday announced a commitment to train one million young Africans in digital skills in 2016. Wicked World Woman dumps rival's 2-weeks-old baby in pit toilet (Graphic Photos) A jealous woman in Ghana has been arrested after she threw her rival's new baby into a pit toilet.   A Ghanaian woman, Mariama Bashiru , has been arrested by the Bole District Police Division, for allegedly throwing her ex-boyfriend's two-weeks-old baby into a pit toilet because she was angry that he left her after he got another woman pregnant. Boko Haram Military discovers large cache of arms worth N20m Major General Irabor also said 7 Boko Haram terrorists were killed, and 4 AK 47 rifles were recovered, when they attacked troops Pulka.   The Nigerian Army has announced the discovery of a large cache of arms belonging to Boko Haram, which they say is worth N20m. The Commander of Operation Lafiya Dole, Maj. Gen. Leo Irabor said the weapons were buried in a make-shift grave. Irabor said “We conducted some various scale of operation as well as specific operations that led to the recovery of arms cache in the village called Gursum, around Alagarno general area; and there we had a very sterling discovery of Boko Haram terrorists burying large quantities of ammunition on the ground.” “This operation was in conjunction with the Civilian JTF because they led us through the routes. In Cross River Pakistani who entered Nigeria through a bush path arrested Funke Adeuyi, Cross River State Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service, revealed that Sahid was smuggled on a bike into Etung from where he went to Ikom.   The illegal immigrant was on his way to Lagos when he was intercepted by border Immigration officials at the village of Yahe, in Yala Local Government Area of the state.  “We are collaborating with other security agencies to thoroughly screen the man to make sure he is not on the wanted list of any country before he is sent back to his country because we have to be vigilant during this critical time in the country why should somebody from Paskistan want to come into the country through bush path," she asked. Buhari PDP chieftain commends Buhari over security measures The PDP chieftain expressed satisfaction with the judiciary in the handling of corruption cases but cautioned that the government should be discerning in some of the matters.     Alhaji Bashir Rimi-Zaya, Publicity Secretary of Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) in Bauchi state, has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for measures taken to curb insurgency in the country.
