5-yr-old girl attacked by landlord's dogs in Lagos dies (Graphic Photo) A five-year-old girl who was attacked by three hungry dogs kept by her parents' landlord in Lagos has lost the battle for survival. The five-year-old girl who was attacked by three of her parent's landlord's dogs in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State has died while receiving treatment in a hospital. The little girl identified as  Aliyah Masaku , was  mauled by the hungry dogs  on  Monday, February 20, 2017, and was rushed to the Ikorodu General Hospital from where she was transferred to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, where she lost the battle to survive. Youth council gives South African Govt. 48 hours to address alleged killings The council made the call in a letter signed by the President and Secretary of the council, Murtala Gamji and Gbenga Adedamola, on Wednesday in Abuja. The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) has called on South African Government to address the issue of killings and maiming of innocent Nigerians in that country in the next 48 hours or face reprisal. The council made the call in a letter signed by the President and Secretary of the council, Murtala Gamji and Gbenga Adedamola, on Wednesday in Abuja. The letter was addressed to the South African President, Jacob Zuma, through the South African High Commissioner to Nigeria, Mr LL Mnguni. Gamji, who made the call during a peaceful protest by members of the youth council at the South African Embassy in Abuja, described the act as barbaric and inhuman.
