POB leader wears “I love Biafra” wristband to court [PHOTO]

Kanu, who was also the Director of Radio Biafra before his arrest in October 2015, arrived at the court to face charges of treason levelled against him.
Nnamdi Kanu, director of the banned Radio Biafra, was detained by secret police on 17 October and accused of terrorism.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), on Monday, June 20, 2016, arrived the premises of the Federal High Court in Abuja wearing an “I love Biafra” wristband.

Kanu, who was also the Director of Radio Biafra before his arrest in October 2015, arrived at the court to face charges of treason levelled against him.
The IPOB leader was arraigned along with two others in connection to the activities of Radio Biafra.
Kanu has been in detention at the Kuje Prison in Abuja since he was denied bail for not being remorseful or apologetic

Ibrahim Magu "Whoever we arrested for corruption must be guilty" - EFCC boss Magu dismissed insinuations that the ongoing anti-corruption war is selective, stressing that no one is untouchable.     The acting Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu , has reaffirmed that the ongoing anti-corruption fight is not selective. Magu said before anyone is arrested, the Commission would have, after a thorough investigation, established that the individual is guilty. He stated this in Kaduna on Monday, October 24 while speaking on the sideline of the National Open Government Partnership retreat. Boko Haram Buratai insists sect has been defeated Buratai also told the elders that the initial challenges encountered by the troops have been surmounted.   The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai in a meeting with Borno elders said Boko Haram has been defeated.
